When Bionix Travel on an hill side slope above 30 Degree the Turret Gun will turn perpendicular to the hill slope (left or Right) follow by Twin Turbo Jet pack activation to prevent vehicle from overturn. The twin jet will give counter reaction thrust force 2,500 N (254KG) multiple by 1.25 meters along the CG line of Bionix. The Turret & Twin Turbo Jets act as an Gyroscope to rebalance the Bionix Chassis CG weight during side slope travelling. 

With the Turret & Twin Turbo Jets add on,  Bionix AFV can climb higher slope & increase on it normal ground level speed 5 to 10 km/h higher if activated from the front.

Armour Soldier DIY Oxygen Purification Kits use for River Crossing on Battle Tank & AFV for Crews (also serve as NBC back up kit） 

1) Wear a pair of chemical acid handling glove, pour Lithium Hydroxide powder into a wire mesh cylinder tube & insert a tight wire mesh top cover on it.





2) Insert the filled Lithium Hydroxide cylinder into a bigger wire mesh cylinder as show above with top suction  outlet which can fix into a standard vacuum cleaner suction  hose or tube.

(Lithium Hydroxide powder filled cylinder is 3/4 length of the bigger wire mesh cylinder with suction outlet )







3) Connect Battle Tank or AFV vehicle DC source to AC convertor as shown above.

4) Buy vacuum cleaner with water filter function.

Connect vacuum hose on the to large wire mesh cylinder & power on it.

The chassis hull air is being purified as the air with carbon dioxide is pass through the wire mesh cylinder filled with Lithium Hydroxide while the pure air which is slightly acidic is pass through vacuum cleaner water filter to remove any toxin.  

5) Buy 2 metal jerry fill it to 3/4 full with water.

Place one inside chassis hull & one secure next to engine air intake together with nitrogen gas cylinder.  

Pour 500g of aquarium oxygen tablets (hydrogen peroxide) inside chassis hull jerry can when oxygen level is running low.

Gun Extension on Leopard 2A4 120mm L44 Gun to L55 Gun using Rotational Fiction Welding Process

1) Acquired 2 new 120mm L44 guns barrels.

2) Cut one gun to length at 1.31 meters long. (or buy from European Armour Union Pte Ltd in Singapore)

3) Sand cast or forge a bell end on one end of the 1.31meters short barrel guns using the original remaining gun material. (Bell end provide ultimate Fit of Firing failure proof).

4) Clamp the new L44 gun barrel & the  1.31meters short barrel guns onto the chuck of the Rotational fiction welding machine.

5) Heat up L44 gun end & the bell end of the 1.31meters long gun with 2 piece removable top & bottom black smith oven with bottom tray filled with coal & blasted with gas & pure oxygen for 30 minutes till it reaches 2,500 degree.

6) Use infra red temperature scanner to capture gun end temperature & remove the 2 piece top & bottom mobile oven.

7) Completed the joining process by rotating the 1.31 meters gun at high speed with full contact with the L44 gun, when both ends reach 3,200 degree stop the rotational chuck  & apply transverse compressive pressure between the 2 guns to forge weld it together.

8) The bell ends of the 1.31 meter guns will enlarge slightly due to the bulging joint  of the rotational fiction welding process which ultimately strengthen the gun joint diameter compressive forces use for high pressure firing (Bell end provide ultimate Fit of Firing failure proof).
